Tomato Chutney
|
Ingredients
6 medium size ripe tomatoes
2 finely chopped chillies (green or red)
1 teaspoon chopped coriander leaves
1 small sliced onion
Salt
Cooking Instructions
* Boil the tomatoes in sufficient a small bowl of water until cooked.
* Drain and peel the cooked tomato when cooled
* Crush the pulp well with a fork.
* Add to it the chillies, salt and onion and mix well.
* Sprinkle over the chopped coriander leaves.
