Coconut Chutney
|
Ingredients
Half of a coconut
1 teaspoon tamarind
Salt to taste
2 dry or green chillies
1 tablespoon chopped mint leaves
2 cloves garlic
Cooking Instructions
* Remove the brown outer skin from the coconut and grill the white flesh
* Then grate the grilled coconut flesh finely.
* Mix grated coconut with the mint leaves, a pinch of salt to taste, green chillies and all the cloves.
* Grind or blend the mixture to a fine paste with some drops of water.
